As BLABBERMOUTH.NET first reported on August 13, 2007, THREAT SIGNAL vocalist Jon Howard has joined forces with FEAR FACTORY members Christian Olde Wolbers (guitar) and Raymond Herrera (drums) in a new group called ARKAEA.
ARKAEA has just finished pre-production and is scheduled to enter the studio to begin recording its debut album. The CD promises to be as pummeling as anything the team of Olde Wolbers and Herrera has ever written.
Howard has been a part of the FEAR FACTORY family ever since Olde Wolbers served as producer for "Under Reprisal". Given that connection, the chemistry was there the instant the band started playing together.
The band's as-yet-untitled debut is due this fall on Koch Records. Touring activities are in the works in support of the record.
